Please join Associate Professor and Chair of Graduate Liberal Arts and Sciences Programs Roxana Toma, Graduate Research Assistant Matthew Berge (’21, ‘23), and Student Success Coordinator Qu’ran Bell (’21,’22), as they share findings from a study looking at students’ perspectives of the Empire PRODiG Scholars Program.<br><br>The study, founded by the Spring 2023 DEI Mini Grants Program, focused on the quality and nature of specific interactions between PRODiG Scholars from the first two cohorts and their faculty coaches and how these relationships can relate to student experiences and outcomes. Presenters will highlight findings and recommendations based on the personal narratives obtained from fourteen in-depth interviews.
