Loren Penman "A New Path to Inclusion: The ANT at Letchworth."<br><br>In this conversation Loren will discuss the Autism Nature Trail ANT story. She will explore the design the Trail as the first-of-its-kind experience it has become, including:<br>· what makes it unique<br>· who gave us advice<br>· who uses The ANT now that it's open<br><br>Loren Penman is a native of Stamford, Connecticut but has called western New York her home since 1976. She spent four decades as a teacher and administrator in public schools and led one of the first Pathways in Technology (P-TECH) high schools in New York State. Loren has been an ESL Credit Union Centennial Award winner and a Rochester Athena Award nominee. In retirement, she devotes time and energy to summer programming at the Silver Lake Institute where her family has a seasonal cottage. Loren may be best known as one of The ANT Aunts, a title given to the three retired women who created The Autism Nature Trail (The ANT) at Letchworth State Park.
